Let’s be honest… self care isn’t my strong suit and I always end up burn out because I don’t take care of myself!! Well I made this hoop is a little reminder that it is so important to take the time to take care of myself. I love how the little watercolour banner turned out and of course there needed to be some diamant metallic thread for that extra little sparkle!! In the past all of my watercolour pieces have been on cotton fabric but I loved the freedom that calico fabric gave with being able to control my depth of colour and how easy it was to layer my colour to create shadow! Definitely a winner!!!
